Many spiritual and alchemical texts point to a divine center in the human being. In the Abrahamic faith traditions, there is the idea that we are made in the image of God. In Hinduism, there is the Atman, the Divine Self. Even in Buddhism, which speaks of a “no-self”, it sees this “no-self” as the spiritual core of being waiting to be realized. No matter the religious or spiritual orientation, there is a truth that keeps showing up: within the core of every person is a drop of the Divine. Through spiritual coaching and psychoanalysis, my job is to collaborate with you to help you experience that divinity and integrate it within your life. Through the work of seeking, in hope, you can live more authentically and be more connected to your soul, others, and reality itself.

The basis of spiritual coaching is that our divine core is beyond our ego, and through spiritual practice we can have a greater openness with that divine core. Coaching works on collaborating with the client in five different areas:

Spiritual coaching uses contemplative techniques, visual meditations, and exploratory practices from different spiritual traditions and psychoanalysis to help clients to build a systematic routine to keep a close connection to the divine soul within.

Psychoanalysis was originally developed by Sigmund Freud as a technique to treat symptoms of mental distress. It works through accessing the unconscious, which is a realm where parts of our mind live that are beyond our ego. It is through the unconscious that we find the remnants of our soul that are unknown to us. Through the process of psychoanalysis one discovers the rooms of their soul and discovers their own sense of freedom, truth, and authenticity.
Psychoanalysis is an intense process that is usually multiple times a week and can last several years.
